    COLD WATER RESERVOIR: Type 304 stainless steel tank, which provides superior chilling. The highly polished surface is easy to clean and maintain. Easy to replace insulation.

    CABINET: Top and front panels are moulded of UV treated ABS and side panels are zinc coated steel sheets covered in electrostatically applied high polymer polyester resin.

    COLOUR: High gloss cloud white available as standard.

    TAPS: Durable polypropylene self-closing design – easy to operate. They are fully recessed for protection and are lever type, with fast flow for ease of operation. Hot safety tap available on hot/cold models.

    FUNCTION STATUS DISPLAY: Waterwork's unique design. This exclusive device illuminates a green and red signal indicating the power/hot/cold position of the dispenser.

    CANCELATION AND RETURNS

    Due to the nature of the products we sell, a strict return policy is in place. We work with food grade certified materials that must be un-opened and un-used to be able to be re-sold.

    You will receive a credit of equal amount, less the postage cost to send your selected replacement item to you.  You may have to pay for an upgrade if the selected item has a higher value then what was purchased originally, Unless the item is deemed faulty in which case the full purchase price is refunded or item is replaced at no cost to the customer.

    • Wrongly purchased items may be returned for a merchandise credit, this applies for but not limited to: Wrong size, wrong system etc.
    • Orders cancelled after purchase and before shipping will incur a $20 cancellation and administration fee.
    • 30 Day return Policy: We will accept returns up to 30 days after the initial purchase, all orders should be checked immediately for damage/fault upon arrival to aid us with the return process.
    • Contact us to arrange a return shipping address. NEVER SEND items back to where they come from unless it has been confirmed by us.
    • Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer to the address provided.

    Q: How do you ship my Order

    A: All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
